In this event, we will look at how the process approach to Technical Communication from the US works together with UX and Project Management. The focus will be the connection between how technology shapes work and work, in turn (re)shapes technology. This connection can be understood through communication processes used to design and support users with technologies. It can also be understood through project management processes in organizations.

Target Group: This event is for anyone who has an interest in learning about a process approach to technical communication for IT professionals from UX to Kanban boards.

Your outcome of the Event:

- Knowledge of technical communication from a process perspective and how it relates to AI generative technology such as ChatGPT

- Knowhow about shaping technical work through UX and project management

- Insight into the relevance of technical communication from a process perspective

Speaker: Constance Kampf, PhD is an external lecturer in Project Management for AU Arts students in the Experience Economy Masters’ program, and a special consultant in AU Health developing Project Management courses for PhD students. She has accompanying interest in developing a critical perspective on AI for education and designing Hybrid Intelligence systems.
Constance has a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Scientific & Technical  Communication from the University of Minnesota, USA.
