How can wine communicate a taste of the past?Join IDA Aarhus for an informative and entertaining evening where we take you on a time-travelling journey to explore iconic wine styles throughout history. 

Janice Wang DipWSET from Aarhus University’s Department of Food Science and Domen Presern DipWSET will host a masterclass in tasting historical wine styles. Participants will learn about the history of wine through notable bottles, and, as always, pick up blind tasting tips. There will be biscuits and water accompanying the tasting
