AI is creating new opportunities for innovation, and many Danish companies are already capturing them. But when AI starts to interact with sensitive data, progress often slows. Privacy concerns, security requirements, and infrastructure constraints quickly move from background issues to design-critical decisions. In this session, we share examples of how companies are addressing this through hybrid AI. By combining public cloud, sovereign hosting, on-prem, and even air-gapped environments, hybrid architectures make it possible to deploy use cases according to privacy needs rather than forcing everything into one setup. We will open the engine room on how this works in practice, what it takes to use it well, and how companies determine which environments fit which AI workloads.
