Scaling AI at VELUX: Building the GenAI Hub

As Generative AI moves from experimentation to enterprise-wide implementation, organizations face the challenge of scaling these systems efficiently and securely. At VELUX, the answer is the "GenAI Hub", a centralized platform for AI assistants and agents built on the open-source framework "Open WebUI". As Co-Technical Lead, I will share the high-level architecture and learnings from bringing this platform to life in a global enterprise. I will then zoom into a concrete use case we are enabling: Conversational Analytics, where we enable business users to query data products from our Enterprise Data Platform in natural language, without needing SQL or dashboards. Expect a hands-on look at what the architecture enables today, what is working well, and the challenges we are still solving.
