From AI Experiments to Daily Workflow —  Three patterns learned from the global Claude Code community

Everyone has tried AI-assisted coding. Few have made it part of their daily workflow. Most developers experiment for a week, get impressive results — and quietly go back to their old way of working. The problem isn't the tools. It's that few have learned the patterns that make AI-assisted coding sustainable. As organizers of the Claude Code Community in Copenhagen — connected to 90+ communities across 47+ cities — we've seen what sticks and what gets abandoned. In this talk, we share the patterns that separate those who play with AI from those who have actually changed the way they work.
