Learnings from running conversational AI systems in production

Bio: I have been immersed in AI (called machine learning, back when I started) and data since 2017, starting at the Danish Business Authorities, focusing on fraud detection and graph analysis. They then transitioned to Data Engineering at Topdanmark before becoming a Team Lead in AI services at Laerdal Medical, leveraging AI for tasks like NLP, conversational AI, and image/video analysis.
