Adoption of AI Tools in Security Critical Businesses: A Milestone case

Milestone wanted to improve how the Engineers use AI Tools, but the process was slow, the developers didn't trust the tools.
So, we decided to set a practical example for them instead of just asking to try the tools.
We empowered a team with some of the best AI tools, and they delivered in 2 weeks the results that are generally expected after 1-2 months of work.

This clear example demonstrated how the tools can be used and what results can be achieved. The outcomes accelerated adoption, driven both by developer enthusiasm and management support.
This AI Pilot took place in December, and while some of its impacts on the company have yet to be fully assessed, its significance is already evident from the number of follow-up initiatives it has sparked to further improve the adoption of these tools across the organization.
