IDA Learn & Earn: Invest in Your Development
IDA Learn & Earn is for those who know that learning doesn’t stop once you’ve graduated.
This new membership benefit rewards you every time you participate in an IDA Learning course. You earn points that you can redeem for a variety of benefits supporting your learning, wellbeing, and everyday life.
You decide how to use your points. Save them up overtime or redeem them as you go.
How It Works
When you sign up for and attend a course with IDA Learning, you earn points. The more you learn, the more points you collect. Each course page displays how many points you earn for participating.
You can redeem your earned points for a variety of benefits that support both your professional development and your everyday life balance.
You can also use your points to get a discount on your next IDA Learning course.
How to get started
You automatically earn points by participating in courses from IDA Learning. Points are valid for 24 months after course completion.
As an IDA member, there’s nothing you need to do – we register your participation automatically. You choose whether to spend your points along the way or save them for larger rewards.

How to earn points
You earn points every time you participate in an IDA Learning course.
The number of points depends on the course duration:

You can begin redeeming your points once you have earned a minimum of 30 points.

Terms and Conditions
- Only IDA members who participate in IDA Learning courses earn points. Points will be credited within 14 days after course completion. Points are personal and non-transferable.
- Points are valid for 24 months. After that, they will automatically expire.
- Our bonus program began in May 2025, so you’ll earn points for any courses completed after that date.
- For courses longer than one day, you can choose between earning points or receiving a fixed discount for a future IDA Learning course.
- In the pilot phase, point tracking and redemption are handled manually. Contact idalearning@ida.dk to check your balance or fill out one of the redemption forms on this site.
- Benefits, services or products that you receive through our loyalty program in connection with the purchase of courses may be taxable to you as a private individual under applicable tax regulations.
If a benefit has a financial value (e.g. access to events, gift cards, discounts, products or other services), the market value may be taxable income.
As a member, you are responsible for assessing and reporting any taxable value to the Danish Tax Agency. We do not report these benefits automatically.
Points will not be awarded for cancelled or withdrawn courses, and they will be forfeited if you cancel your IDA membership.
