All HEAT classes take place in 37-degree infrared heat. The heat comes from ceiling panels and warms your muscles and joints from the inside. This creates better conditions for flexibility, mobility and stability and allows the body to reach deeper into stretches and exercises. The session activates the entire body and improves core strength, balance and muscular endurance. Benefits of working out in infrared heat:

• Increased blood circulation

• Improved mobility and flexibility

• Stronger core activation and body stabilisation

• Natural detox through sweating

• Enhanced focus and mental discipline

After the workout, we will visit a café together and enjoy a healthy sandwich and smoothie.

I HEAT foregår alle holdtimer i infravarme på 37 grader. Varmen kommer fra varmepaneler i loftet og varmer muskler og led op indefra. Dette giver mulighed for at arbejde mere effektivt med smidighed, mobilitet og stabilitet, samtidig med at kroppen kan komme dybere ud i stræk og øvelser. 

Træningen aktiverer hele kroppen og forbedrer især kondition, core styrke, balance og muskeludholdenhed. 

Fordele ved træning i infravarme: 

• Øget blodcirkulation og hurtigere opvarmning af kroppen

• Bedre ledmobilitet og smidighed 

• Forbedret core aktivering og stabilisering af kroppen 

• Mere fokus og mental styrke under træning 

Efter træningen vil vi sammen nye en sandwich samt smoothie.
