Cultural Intelligence

Participants gain an understanding of what cultural intelligence is and why it matters, as well as the contexts in which it creates value. The course includes interactive, branching cross-cultural scenarios that simulate realistic workplace situations and allow participants to reflect on their choices and responses.

The course also explores cultural blind spots and how to identify and address them. Participants are introduced to different ways of understanding culture, including key dimensions on which cultures may differ, and learn how to use this knowledge constructively in their own work.

Finally, the course supports participants in translating theory into practice by developing a concrete personal action plan.
