Introduction to LabVIEW

All of our courses are aimed at both members and non-members.

The individual course dates indicate whether there are places available. It is also indicated if there are only a few places left on the course. If the registration deadline has passed, you will not be able to register. However, please feel free to contact us if you are interested in a place, and we will look into the possibilities.

The registration deadline may vary from course to course, depending on the amount of preparation required for each course. You will find the registration deadline on the page for each individual course. We decide one month before the course date whether the course can go ahead. It is therefore best if you register before then. If the registration deadline has passed, you can send an enquiry to idalearning@ida.dk, and we will assess whether it is still possible to register.

Yes, you certainly can. You sign up for the waiting list in the same way as you sign up for a course. However, we cannot guarantee that you will get a place, as there may be others on the list ahead of you. If you do not get a place, we will contact you and offer you a place on the next course. We will also contact you if you get a place on the course – so we can be sure you are still able to attend. We will only send an invoice once your place on the course has been finally confirmed.

The cancellation deadline is one month before the course starts, unless otherwise stated for the individual course. After this deadline, you are liable for 100% of the participant fee. If you are unable to attend yourself, you are welcome to send a colleague instead. Please inform the course coordinator of this before the course starts for preparation, certificate/certification purposes, etc.

If you become ill, please inform the course coordinator so that we can notify the instructor and the course venue. You are still responsible for the participant fee and cannot automatically be moved to the next session. You are welcome to give your spot to a colleague, as long as you keep the course coordinator informed.

You will receive a link to IDA’s learning portal, IDA Campus, approximately 2–4 weeks before the course starts. For some courses, there will be preparatory work, for example in the form of a test and/or a preparation worksheet, which must be submitted before the course starts. You can check the course description on ida.dk to see whether you need to set aside time for preparation. We will ensure that you are notified of your preparation requirements well in advance of the course start date.

You will receive an invoice approximately three months before the course starts. If you register later, you will receive the invoice shortly after your registration. The payment deadline on IDA's invoices is the end of the month plus 5 days.

During the registration process, you can choose how payment is to be made. You can choose between online payment or payment by invoice. If you choose payment by invoice, the invoice can be issued either to you personally or to your company. You can also choose electronic invoicing (EAN) if your company uses this system.

The course package includes full board on all course days, as well as the materials that will be used during the lessons.

Meals on our full-day courses consist of a breakfast buffet, lunch, an afternoon buffet with coffee/tea, and water throughout the day. Accommodation is not included in the price, but if you require accommodation, we can assist with recommendations for hotels near the venue.

We also have a number of discount agreements with various hotel chains. We recommend that you always book accommodation that allows for changes or cancellations.

Yes, you will receive a course certificate by email immediately after the course has finished. It will state which course you attended, the course dates, etc.

Your course certificates are also stored on our learning portal, IDA Campus, so you can always find them again. For some courses, you will instead receive a certificate directly from our certification partner responsible for the course.

You are always welcome to attend our courses. You can either choose to pay for your course fees yourself, or you can speak to your jobcentre to find out if they are willing to help you with this.

 If the course is included on the regional positive list, this will make it easier to get the job centre to fund the course, but in any case you should have a chat with them about why this course might be relevant for you.
