IDA's participation in collective bargaining

As a trade union, IDA participates in collective bargaining through our umbrella organisation Akademikerne (AC). Most recently, IDA has negotiated private collective agreements in OK23 and public collective agreements in OK24.

IDA most recently negotiated collective agreements for private sector employees in 2025, also known as OK25. The next round of public sector negotiations will take place in 2026, OK26.

What should IDA prioritise in the negotiations?

OK26: Make your suggestions in February - March 2025.

Private sector: Find your collective agreement

If you have to take a pay cut or if your workplace changes its address, it could be considered a significant change to your employment terms that you may not accept.

Public sector: Find your agreement
