Public sector pay tables in Denmark

Here you will find salary tables for employees in the Danish public sector salary system from 2005 onwards. As a public employee, your salary consists of a seniority-based basic salary and function and/or qualification salary.

Agreements can be entered into on performance-based pay. The salary must be agreed on before you accept the job, and it is negotiated by the local trade union representative or by IDA.
