Order wine and gifts for speakers at events

If you are a volunteer and would like to give a speaker or lecturer at an event wine or gifts as a thank you for their help, you can order the gifts online.

Check deadlines and remember the order confirmation

When ordering a gift, you must do so no later than 3 days before the event to have the gift delivered on time.

After ordering, you will receive a confirmation by email. The confirmation will also be sent to your network coordinator.

If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder first before contacting your network coordinator.

Remember to tax gifts for speakers

If you choose to give a gift instead of paying a fee to a speaker, please note that the speaker must report the value of the gift to the Danish Tax Authority. It is the teacher who has the reporting obligation.

If you have questions about fees for speakers, you can contact Skat.

Read about fees and taxation at skat.dk (in Danish)

Gifts to speakers, etc. must not exceed a maximum of around DKK 500, as they are otherwise considered fees.
