Quality Intake – A risk-based approach to supplier events

Application of Quality Intake (QI) integrated in the eQMS has resulted in a paradigm shift in the virtual company when handling supplier quality events. The QI enables a system supported risk-based approach, without compromising on quality and compliance ensuring that only supplier events that affect the company are further processed. Still all cases are registered, assessed and easy retrieval, enabling full oversight.
