Please be aware that a Photographer will be taking photos during the day. If you do not want to be in the picture, please let the photographer know.

Your name, title and company will appear on name tags for the conference itself. In order to create participant name tags, this information will be shared with the organizers but will not be used for any other purpose.If you unsubscribe from the event, your information will not appear on the participant list.

By train:
- Copenhagen Central Station: 8 minutes by foot
By bus:
- Bus 5C (Polititorvet)
- Bus 7A (Polititorvet)

Copenhagen Airport: 15 minutes by car or train
By car:
- Parking spaces are available just outside the building.
- The parking fee in front of the building is administered by APCOA.
- All days between 08.00-17.00 DKK 28 per hour
- All days between 17.00-24.00 free
By bike:
