Parking:

Parking is available right outside the building.
Paid parking spaces in front of the building are managed by Europark.

  • All days between 08:00–17:00 – 22.00 DKK per hour
  • All days between 17:00–24:00 – Free
  • All days between 24:00–08:00 – 5.00 DKK per hour
  • There is also bicycle parking available at our covered bicycle parking spaces.

 Information about Personal and Image Data

Important Information Regarding Personal Data on Participant Lists:
Your name and educational institution will appear on the participant list for this conference. The participant list is available to the organizer and other participants at the conference in the form of an online participant list.
At some events, name tags are also provided, displaying your name and educational institution. If you cancel your registration for the event, your information will not appear on the participant list.

Recording/Photography
Photos and videos will be taken on the day. The recordings will primarily cover the presentations, but photos and videos will also be taken during the breaks. The images and recordings will be used for marketing the conference and published on ida.dk, in IDA's newsletters, as well as on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. These will also be shared with our partner, the University of Copenhagen (KU).
If you do not wish to appear in the recordings, you can contact the photographers on the day or Nicoline Steffens via email at nis@ida.dk.
You also have the right to later object to IDA's processing of photos and recordings. If you wish to exercise this right, you can contact IDA at nis@ida.dk or IDA's Data Protection Officer at dpo@ida.dk.
