Attendees will gain knowledge about COWI's approach to AI strategy, including various tools like Copilot and ChatGPT. Early actions taken by COWI, such as establishing ethical guidelines and a secure platform, will be shared. 

The importance of a mindset focused on exploration and learning will be emphasized, with strategies for decentralized exploration, curiosity, local evangelists, and an AI community.

Finally, we will discuss the critical importance of data maturity and the integration of AI in risk management frameworks.

About the speaker:

Niels Treldal has worked with projects both nationally and internationally and is a highly qualified business developer, project manager and manager within digitalization. He works with development and implementation of digital design processes, standardization, information management, and technology understanding both on a strategic, tactic and operational level. Additionally, Niels is an experienced design manager as well as a plumbing- and ventilation engineer, who has previously worked with design, sustainability, indoor climate and construction management.

Niels has participated in complex projects as a digital adviser and has been project manager on several large-scale digital development projects in the construction industry.

In COWI Niels is responsible for the digital development of COWI's market area Buildings & Industry.
