If an AI system makes a decision that harms someone, who is responsible?
In Session 3 of Fendous’ AI webinar series, we tackle the tough questions on: bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability. Not to scare you, but to equip you to make better decision as a self-employed person, as an entrepreneur, and as a citizen.
We’ll dive into:
• Bias in AI where does it arise, who is affected, and why is it so hard to fix?
• Your right to an explanation-“The AI decided” is never an acceptable answer
• Gaps in accountability: Who is liable when AI goes wrong-the developer, the user, or the deployer?
• Global systems in local contexts the problem of cultural mismatch
The event includes a group-based scenario exercise featuring real-world ethical dilemmas no right answers, but better thinking.
