Course series: Supply Chain Leaders Academy

Format:

We have gathered some of the most influential companies and experienced leaders, as well as professional specialists, to share their experiences and methods, so you can get off to a good start as a supply chain leader – being both with and without people responsiblity.  

IDA Supply Chain offers a series of after-work sessions that collectively provide a broad insight and inspiration for supply chain leaders and thinkers. We have asked experienced leaders which competencies are relevant and based on this, designed a series of sessions that support this. All sessions are valuable and highly recommended, but the presentations can also be attended individually. All sessions will be conducted from january to june 2026, and you must sign up for the individual sessions and not to the general event.

  Supply chain leaders is orchestering a complex network of processes spanning own and external valuestreams and systems. How do you design and optimise processes in practice? In this module you will learn and practice on real cases.

  How do you go from strategy to concrete goals and plans in reality. We go out of the IDA house and visit Novo Nordisk to learn how you make strategy actionable.

  If you master project management, you are halfway in mastering SCM leadership. Leading by motivation plans and communication is key to success as we learned in earlier modules. And applying it with project mastery is what you will learn in this session.
