In this 3-hour experiential workshop, you will:

• Master the "Engineering Executive Summary": Practice the 3-part framework for communicating complex technical issues:

  • 1) The Business Impact, 2) The Recommendation, and 3) The Technical Rationale (in that order).
• Practice Proactive Communication: Learn to anticipate questions and frame information to manage expectations and preempt potential objections before they are raised.
• The Power of Storytelling: Move beyond technical jargon to use analogy, metaphor, and data visualization to make your technical message relatable and memorable to any audience.
• Body Language & Delivery: Analyze and adjust your non-verbal cues (posture, eye contact, tone) to project authority and confidence, regardless of your role or age.
• High-Stakes Scenarios: Engage in a simulated "town hall" or "emergency briefing" to practice delivering impactful communication when presenting risks, asking for resources, or challenging a major decision in front of leadership.
