Women in Mechanical Engineering – Fresh Forces and The Road Ahead

Engineering and STEM fields, particularly mechanical engineering, have historically been male dominated. While recent years have witnessed progress through initiatives aimed at increasing female representation, the number of women in these fields remains relatively low.

Join us for an inspiring evening where we keep the tempo of this initiatives up. We will delve into this topic from the aspect of Danish job market and educational institutions, celebrating the achievements of women in the field and hearing their inspiring stories. Together, we will reflect on past victories and discuss concrete steps we can take to foster a more inclusive and equitable future for women in both the workplace and educational settings.
