Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the way we plan, deliver and follow up on projects. On this course, you will learn how to use generative AI and Microsoft Copilot as practical support in your project work, helping you work more efficiently, make better decisions and free up time for the tasks that create the most value.
Whether you work with agile, plan-driven or hybrid projects, you will be introduced to the opportunities AI offers project managers in their day-to-day work. You will gain an understanding of both the potential and the limitations of the technology and learn how to use it responsibly and securely in a project context.
Through concrete examples and practical exercises, you will gain inspiration for how AI can support planning, analysis, risk management, collaboration and lessons learned. The aim is for you to apply your new knowledge directly in practice and create value in your projects from day one.
The course is relevant for project managers who are responsible for planning and delivering projects.
No previous experience with artificial intelligence, including Microsoft Copilot, is required.
