    Understand how conflicts arise—and why it's important to take them seriously.
  • Module 2 – The two tracks of conflict (7 min)
    Learn the difference between task and relationship—and how to handle both.
  • Module 3 – The conflict escalation model (12 min)
    Understand how conflicts develop—and how to stop escalation.
  • Module 4 – Conflict behavior (15 min)
    Reflect on your own and others' behavioral patterns—and their impact on the conflict.
  • Module 5 – Communication in conflicts (30 min)
    Get practical communication tools to address conflict constructively.

After the course

You’ll receive two follow-up email reminders—after 2 and 4 weeks—to help you retain and apply what you’ve learned.
