Neurodivergent employees, for example employees with ADHD or autism, often face both challenges and misunderstandings in working life. At the same time, they bring unique perspectives and skills that can benefit teams and organizations.

In this course, you will receive a practical introduction to neurodivergence and learn how to support wellbeing, motivation and performance, both for the individual employee and for the team.

The course gives you a solid foundation for working more inclusively and preventing miscommunication, poor wellbeing and the loss of valuable skills. It is not about becoming a specialist; rather, it is about gaining a basic understanding and practical tools that you can apply in your day-to-day leadership.

This digital course is ideal as an introduction or refresher and offers new perspectives if you want to begin working with inclusive leadership.

  • What neurodivergence is and what it means in practice
  • ADHD and autism in working life: strengths, needs and common misconceptions
  • Practical tools you can use as a leader in your day-to-day work
