You will learn to distinguish between what you can influence and what you cannot change. You will explore your learning environment, gain an overview of your time, reflect on what makes a good week for you, and take a closer look at what gives you energy – and what drains it.

The course is designed as self-study and consists of 7 short modules with videos, reflections, and small activities along the way.

The goal is not for you to change everything at once. Instead, the goal is to help you identify small adjustments that can make a real difference in your daily study life.
