The path to management
Map your path and step into the manager mindset
A crucial step toward a role in management is mapping out your ambitions and shifting your career perspective. In this group, you will create a personal action plan based on your goals, while getting ongoing feedback on the challenges you meet along the way.
You will also start shaping your identity as a future leader—exploring your leadership style, what motivates you to lead, and how to handle common leadership challenges.
Peer group meetings are confidential and facilitated
The peer group offers a safe and confidential space where you can share experiences and follow each other’s development. As you get to know the other participants, you’ll be able to give and receive more personal and relevant feedback.
Facilitators will guide the sessions with exercises and tools that help you better understand your interests, strengths, and areas for development.

You choose the themes
The peer group takes a point of departure in cases from your working lives and careers. We use mentoring, discussions, case work, and sometimes bring in external experts who can share new perspectives and tools.
The meetings focus on themes that are relevant to you. You are encouraged to bring your own ideas for topics, cases, or presentations to spark meaningful conversations at the meetings.
The group is a confidential and safe space where you can talk openly about your current challenges with like-minded people who are not a part of your day-to-day workplace.
Examples of topics you can discuss in the group
- The first steps towards a role in management
- Behaving like a leader
- Standing by your own competence and potential (avoid imposter syndrome!)
- Self-positioning and personal branding
- And much more.
