The strength of sparring in peer groups
Even the most knowledgeable professionals benefit from confidential sparring. Whether you are a top manager or a highly specialised expert in your company, you can benefit from sharpening your mental skills in collaboration with like-minded people who share your high level of expertise. The strength of participating in a peer group is that you follow each other in relation to work tasks, new projects and organisational changes. In this way, your network colleagues become your well-informed sparring partners who can pick up where you left off at the last meeting and dig a little deeper.
This means that you will often leave a peer group meeting with an “aha” moment or a new idea that you want to take home and try out, just as you yourself have probably been a source of inspiration for other members.
High professional level among all group members
All groups are matched according to education, job and experience by IDA's network facilitator. With common ground established from the outset, you share a conceptual world and do not need to waste time explaining your professional expertise. This allows you to quickly get to the heart of your challenges and engage in high-level sparring.
The vast majority of our members work in IT, technology and natural sciences, and we know that many are looking for a professional network. With over 175,000 specialised members, IDA offers you the best opportunity to meet like-minded people with the same high level of expertise as yourself.
However, you do not need to be a member of IDA to benefit from our peer groups. All you need is to match the professional expertise of our members, regardless of whether you work in management or are highly specialised in your field.
What you get as a member
- Confidential sparring on your current challenges
In IDA's peer groups, you will receive sparring and input for solutions to the specific challenges you face in your daily work. You can test your ideas and thoughts in a confidential forum and be inspired by the perspectives and experiences of others. - Community with others at the same professional level
The peer groups are professionally composed so that all members in the group match your field and your high professional level. You will therefore gain a confidential community with others who have the same role and position as yourself. - Value for your company
Being part of a peer group not only promotes your personal and professional development. It is also good business for your company. You will have access to the latest knowledge in your field, saving your company expensive consulting hours and research. You will gain insight into other companies' experiences, perspectives and solutions, which you can take back and implement in your organisation. - Experienced network facilitator leads the meetings
All peer group meetings are planned and facilitated by IDA's experienced network facilitator, who ensures value and relevance for the entire group. - Expert presentations based on your wishes and needs
The peer group can choose to invite external experts to the meetings to contribute new knowledge and exciting perspectives.
