IDA Peer Groups in English

Gain valuable insights in IDA Peer Groups

In IDA, we want to give you access to sparring and support no matter where in life you are. We therefore offer small confidential peer groups who meet 5 times a year. At the peer group meetings, you can share knowledge and experiences with like-minded IDA members, who can relate to the challenges or considerations you have in you career or work life.

The strength of being part of a peer group is that you follow each other’s development in your career and work life. In this way, your peer group colleagues become your well-informed sparring partners who can pick up where you left off last time and provide customized feedback.

This means that you often leave a peer group meeting with an aha-experience or a new perspective, just as you probably have been a source of inspiration for other members.

Volunteer facilitators lead the meetings

The peer group meetings are planned and facilitated by volunteer IDA members who are undergoing training in facilitation. All volunteer facilitators are continually supervised by IDA’s professional facilitators.

The group sets the agenda

The meetings take a point of departure is your own work lives and careers. Through experience-sharing, sparring, casework and visits from external experts, you will gain new and valuable insights. The group sets the agendas and decides the topics, themes and cases that can facilitate a constructive conversation between you at the meetings. Confidentiality is key at the meetings, and this allows for discussing current challenges with like-minded people who are neither your colleagues or manager.

Price

The price for participation in five peer group meetings is only DKK 650

Please note

  • IDA peer groups are only for IDA members and are only established in case there is enough interested members
  • The network meetings are held physically
  • The meeting dates are decided by the group members
