Measurement on oil separation in CO2
Oil separation in transcritical CO₂ systems is critical for reliability and efficiency, especially in designs without safe oil return. This study evaluates multiple separator types under varying conditions, analyzing oil carryover/efficiency and pressure drop. Results highlight how separator performance influence performance of the system.
