Prices for participation 

Register for the conference now and secure the early bird price of DKK 1,095 (regular price DKK 1,395) before June 15. Guarantee your spot at next year’s conference at a great rate.

• Participation in the Conference 1.395 DKK 
• Students 0 DKK (NOTE: Free for students (A no-show fee of DKK 250 will be charged)
• Participation in the dinner 395 DKK
• Exhibition stand: 1 café table 5.000 DKK with 1 roll-up (max 1 person per company)
• Roll-up (without staffing) free  (max. 1 roll-up per Company)

Dinner 
In the evening there will be a dinner (requires extra registration and payment) where you can network and share your learnings an impression of the day.

Recording / Photography
Photos will be taken and video recordings made during the event. The recordings will primarily focus on the speakers, but there will also be general atmosphere photos and video footage captured during breaks. The photos and recordings will be used for promoting the conference and may be published on ida.dk, in IDA’s newsletters, and on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

If you do not wish to appear in the recordings, you can contact the photographers on the day or reach out to Simone Kyllebæk at sky@ida.dk.

You also have the right to object, at a later stage, to IDA’s processing of photos and recordings. If you wish to exercise this right, you can contact IDA at sky@ida.dk or IDA’s Data Protection Officer at GDPR@ida.dk.

Personal data
Your name, title and company will appear on name tags for the conference itself. In order to create participant name tags, this information will be shared with the organizers but will not be used for any other purpose.

If you unsubscribe from the event, your information will not appear on the participant list.

Getting here

By train:

• Copenhagen Central Station: 8 minutes by foot

By bus:

• Bus 5C (Polititorvet)
• Bus 7A (Polititorvet)
• Bus 26 (Polititorvet)

By air:

Copenhagen Airport: 15 minutes by car or train

By car:

• Parking spaces are available just outside the building.
• The parking fee in front of the building is administered by APCOA.
• All days between 08.00-17.00 DKK 35,00 per hour
• All days between 17.00-24.00 free

By bike:

Bicycles can be parked in our covered bicycle parking
