We are excited to have you join our talk on boosting intercultural skills. In IDA we experience our members are working in increasing international environments and with multicultural teams, as well as we are experiencing an increase in our international member numbers. Therefore, this session is looking to handle cross-cultural collaborations as we know it can be a big part of today’s working life. We will discuss and dive into how culture impacts your work. You will also hear about the importance of cultural intelligence and how to adapt to different cultural interactions smoothly. Expect real-life examples to show how you could reduce misunderstandings and conflicts.
Speakers: Heidi Ås og Jakob Gradel, Business Developer and Career Consultant, IDA.
Jakob Gradel, Career Consultant in IDA with several years of experience advising and coaching a wide range of professionals on how to navigate the Danish labour market – coupled with a special focus on cross cultural collaboration and how it influences the work life of IDA’s members.
Heidi Ås, Business Developer in IDA with focus on internationals, who have many years of experience with intercultural collaboration in a Danish setting as well as a lot of insights on internationals in Denmark – not least regarding insight in the reality of IDA members´ working life.
