How a meeting on competency development works
Once you've booked a meeting, one of our competency advisors will contact you via email or telephone and make an appointment for the meeting (about half an hour). Meet our competency development team here.
Help our counsellors by writing in the above form as precisely as possible what the meeting is about.
Prepare for the meeting
It's a good idea to consider in advance what competency development you would like:
- What competences do you want to improve?
- What do you expect to gain from the competence development?
- What are your thoughts about time consumption and finances? Have you clarified this with your manager?
- Do you have any special requirements/requests for language, geography, certification, etc. and for whether the course/training should be online/physical?
- Previous professional courses or training
