Develop your board leadership and accelerate your board career
The Executive Board Education combines research-based knowledge with practical board training and direct exposure to one of Europe's strongest technology and innovation ecosystems. The education is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their board leadership capabilities and prepare for current or future board positions in start-ups, scale-ups, and small to medium-sized enterprises.
The education is highly practice-oriented. Through board simulations, real-life cases, coaching, and direct interaction with experienced board members, investors, entrepreneurs, and executives, you gain hands-on experience of professional board work.
You will develop a strong understanding of board governance, boardroom dynamics, strategic leadership, and value creation while expanding your professional network within the board ecosystem.
