With the 2-day PRINCE2® Practitioner course, you build on the foundation you gained from the PRINCE2® Foundation level.
You’ll learn how to apply and adapt PRINCE2® processes and techniques to your own projects – with a strong focus on practical application in real-world settings. You’ll strengthen your skills in analysing and using the right approaches, processes and techniques to help ensure your projects are delivered successfully.
Effective project management is about more than plans, phases and deliverables. It’s also about people – and about leading change that creates real value.
PRINCE2® combines structured governance with a strong focus on the human factors that often make the difference between success and failure. You’ll learn how to work actively with:
- Change management, to ensure engagement and benefit realisation across stakeholders and the organisation
- Team leadership, with emphasis on motivation, collaboration and clear roles
- Communication, both within the project and with external stakeholders
You’ll also explore how the business case connects to real-world outcomes – and what it takes to ensure that the expected benefits are actually achieved. A well-defined approach to change plays a key role here.
