How do you lead highly specialized employees in a constantly changing technological landscape?
Leading technical experts requires more than technical expertise. It requires the ability to balance performance, well-being and organisational goals in complex, technology-driven environments.
This course combines practical leadership tools with an understanding of leadership in technical organisations. Building on your own professional expertise, you will strengthen your ability to lead upward, outward, and inward, across the organisation and within your own team.
The course introduces the FIRE and SHIELD frameworks, developed by Elize Dimare and Johnny Sørensen, which provide a practical approach to two central pillars of modern leadership: performance and well-being.
FIRE strengthens drive, direction and performance.
SHIELD strengthens psychological safety, balance, and well-being.
You will learn to apply both frameworks (both within yourself and within your team) and to design a leadership that considers the technological reality in which you and your team work.
