This e-learning course introduces the Mercedes Model for project leadership, which devides the project leader role into three core dimensions: Expertise, Leadership, and Project Management.
The course provides an overview of the structure of the model and how it can be applied in practice, including typical dilemmas and concrete, practical tips.
Finally, participants complete a follow-up assignment that supports reflection and application in their own project leadership practice.
