OK26: Public sector collective bargaining

Preparations are underway for OK26, the public sector collective bargaining negotiations in 2026.

Thank you for your enthusiastic participation and the nearly 1,000 ideas and suggestions we received in our OK26 member surveys and webinar. We have received a lot of good input on what we can demand in the 2026 negotiations. Your suggestions will now be reviewed and prioritised by IDA Public Sector before being finally approved by the Employees' Council.
