OK26: Public sector collective bargaining

IDA is a union with collective agreements.

Right now, IDA is negotiating the renewal of your collective agreement as a public sector employee together with the other academic trade unions in our umbrella organisation, Akademikerne, AC.

Salary, greater flexibility in working life and the right to exchange salary for time off in a so-called free choice scheme are some of the most important demands from IDA's public sector members, which we are presenting to employers in the state, municipalities and regions.

We expect to reach an agreement in February, which you can vote yes or no to – so keep an eye on your inbox.
