OK26: Public sector collective bargaining

We have entered into agreements on new collective agreements for all IDA members employed in the public sector in regions, municipalities and the state. See the agreements and get an overview of the 2026 public collective agreement negotiations.

IDA is a union with collective agreements.

IDA has just negotiated the renewal of your collective agreement as a public sector employee together with the other academic trade unions in our umbrella organisation, Akademikerne, AC.

Agreements have been reached on new collective agreements for all public sector academics, including IDA members in the state, municipalities and regions.
