OK26: Public sector collective bargaining

Voting has closed – the result will be announced on 15 April
From 9.00 am on 25 March to 12.00 pm on 7 April, IDA’s members employed in the public sector voted on the new collective agreements for academics in state, municipal and regional workplaces.
IDA will announce the overall result on 15 April at 8.30 am, alongside the other organisations in our umbrella organisation, Akademikerne.
IDA recommends: Vote yes
The Council of Employees and IDA Public Sector have recommended that IDA’s members employed in the public sector vote YES to the overall result of OK26.
Yes or no – what happens next?
The vote in IDA is indicative. Once we know how the members’ votes are distributed, the Council of Employees will decide, following a recommendation from IDA Public Sector, whether or not to approve the result.
IDA and the other academic trade unions report their results to our umbrella organisation, Akademikerne. Akademikerne will then make a final decision on whether the overall result for all member organisations can be approved.
Only then will we know whether the new agreements and collective agreements can come into force.
All IDA members employed in the public sector will be notified on 15 April, when we publish the overall result from all the academic trade unions.
How the vote on OK26 took place
IDA’s members employed in the public sector could vote between 9.00 am on 25 March and 12.00 pm on 7 April.
Voting took place online via a personal link in an email from IDA. An email containing the link to the vote was sent to all members who have provided a public sector workplace and a valid email address on My IDA.
If you did not receive an email inviting you to vote, you could write to OK26@ida.dk to have the email resent.
