Career in Med-Tech - Sponsored by Oticon
In collaboration with Oticon, IDA is offering a peer group for students within the fields of Mechanic, Electronic, Software or Electro-acoustic Engineering, who are interested in working with the newest technologies.
The peer group provides a unique possibility to get an insight into a career within the field and to get closer to one of the biggest corporations in the industry.
At the peer group meetings, you will meet inspiring people from Oticon’s R&D department, get a peek into typical workday at Oticon and learn how to prepare for your first job after graduation.
In company with likeminded students, you will also get feedback, tips and tricks to help you prepare for the chapter that waits at the end of your studies. All peer group meetings are facilitated by one of IDAs trained peer group facilitators.

Price:
Students can join the peer group for only 50 DKK. The membership includes three peer group meetings.
- All peer group meetings are in English
- Three peer group meetings between February and April 2024
- Max 15 members
- Meetings are planned by a professional peer group facilitator
Only for IDA-members:
The peer group is for IDA-members only. If you want to be a member, you have to sign up.
The peer group will meet three times during the spring semester of 2024.
- February 8th from 5-8 PM at IDA in Copenhagen
- March 14th from 5-8 PM at IDA in Copenhagen
- April 18th from 9-12 AM at Oticon in Smørum
Members who are not based on Zealand can get travel expenses covered.
You can join the peer group if you are a student on the first or second semester of a relevant master’s program such as within the field of Mechanic, Electronic, Software and Electro-acoustic Engineering.
