In this e-learning course, which consists of both PRINCE2® 7 Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, you first gain a basic understanding of PRINCE2® 7 and learn about the methods and principles behind it.

You will work with PRINCE2® 7 on a practical case, and thus learn to apply and tailor the method.

The course also addresses challenges in organizations that experience increasing complexity in project tasks, and that experience challenges in connection with the existing project model.

Agile methods are particularly suitable in knowledge work, such as e.g. product and concept development, marketing, research and analysis – in short, all work that involves problem solving.

You will learn how to handle the role as project manager for complex projects by being able to plan, organize and manage projects systematically and effectively with the PRINCE2® 7 method.

The e-learning takes place on an adaptive learning platform. That is, the course automatically adapts to your learning style, your knowledge, your skills and even your character traits. All with a focus on you learning as much as possible and as quickly as possible.

You will have access to the courses for 6 months, so you can review the courses where and when it suits you best.

You can also refresh your knowledge from individual areas so that you do not forget something you have already learned.

Included in each of the courses is the possibility of two 20 minutes professional sparring sessions with accredited an PRINCE2® instructor. Because even though e-learning gives you full learning and flexibility, you might have some further questions.

The course is for anyone who wants a useful method to plan, organize and manage a project from A-Z with the internationally recognized PRINCE2® method.

• Pass mark: 36 correct answers (60%)
• Aids: No manual or other aids allowed
• Duration: 1 hour
• It is possible to apply for extra time for the exam if English is not your mother tongue, if you are dyslexic or have other special needs.

The Exam voucher is valid for 12 months.

Upon registration for the Course we will order an exam voucher for you from the official exam provider, PeopleCert, and send you instructions on how to take your online exam. You book your exam at a time that suits you.

You will also get access to your e-book through your Peoplecert profile

During the exam, an online proctor will tell you how to get started. You will need a computer with a webcam and microphone to communicate with the proctor before and during your exam.

Here’s how the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner exam runs:

• Number of questions: 50
• Format: Multiple choice questions
• Pass mark: 30 correct answers (60%)
• Aids: The PRINCE2 Agile® manual. No notes or other aids allowed
• Duration: 2½ hours (150 minutes)
• It is possible to apply for extra time for the exam if English is not your mother tongue, if you are dyslexic or have other special needs.

You can take your online exam anywhere and anytime during the 12 months.

Upon registration for the course we will order an exam voucher for you from the official exam provider, PeopleCert, and send you instructions on how to take your online exam. You book your exam at a time that suits you.

You will gain access to the courses approx. 1 business day after you buy it. You will be enrolled to the digital learning platform, Area9 Rhapsode, after which you will receive an email from the course provider with links to your courses. Please note that we do not send mails from late Friday to Monday morning.

The start date stated here on the course page is only an indicative date. You can start the course as soon as you receive the mail from the course provider. You have access to the course for 6 months.

Adaptive learning platform Area9 Rhapsode

The digital learning platform differs markedly from other traditional e-learning platforms, which are often constructed linearly and where all students must follow the same structure and thus the same content.
